I had a loan withFNB since 2014 and in 2015 i losy my so i could not afford to repay the money as i was not working there was no income

I had a loan withFNB since 2014 and in 2015 i losy my so i could not afford to repay the money as i was not working there was no income . i took a loan of R70000and today they say i owe them R140000 how can you help me get out of this mess?
