I had a Credit card with them and the last transaction was in 2018

I had a Credit card with them and the last transaction was in 2018. I have been contacted by a attorney saying the account has been handed to them. I have been trying to get hold of the FNB legal call center for the last 2 hours. I eventually wanted to use the option for a callback but was then after all that time disconnected.
