Iyoo your service has dropped I don't know how many times iv complained. In Feb I was buying airtime and some how I brought the R275 airtime and it got debited and got an sms to say I brought airtime but the airtime was not loaded I complained till to date no feedback. Today I buy R12 airtime with my Ebucks same issues got the SMS but the airtime was not loaded, I find myself complaining too much with this bank and I never complained please give me the process of closing my account too I can't be complaining like this it's just too much. Can I get my airline loaded or refund me.
