I got ********** at FNB

On the 27 November I got notification from my bank says R6 623 reserved @purchase Zoe business coli I was shocked and surprised how cause that time my card was next to me inside my bag , I quickly call at FNB ***** line they cancel the card and open the case for me and they told me to wait for 7 to 10 working days excluding weekends and holidays , but for me waiting is killing me because I don’t even how carelessly FNB will be to allow someone or any company to access on my account with consulting with me first , please hello peter help me get my money back I need it cause I don’t Even knw this How this people reserved my money while card was with me please me
