She greeted us with a warm smile, I called her to ask her about Banking services. She stopped what she was doing and attended to me.

She's very patient, soft, she has sense of humor. I'd wish that all branch have the same customer-orientated staff like pearl. Her smile, understanding and having an ear to listen is of high caliber.
