I give up with this circus. The clowns have taken over.

This service is now getting to be absolutely atrocious. I report there is a Gap in my History Payments and 5 days later I'm advised that the complaint has been closed as the problem is resolved. The problem has not been resolved the Gap is still there. Complaint ***NF
