I give up on FNB

My husband and I were offered the spouse benefit for our account. I was called after my husband gave my details and I then accepted as well. The lady I spoke to informed me that I would get a notification to allow me to accept. When the notification came there was a technical error so I went on my app to chat to a consultant who told me the option is faulty and I can’t use it, as a result she said, I have to forfeit the benefit. What?!!
