I give up

So I have debit orders going off on the first Last month I transferred into my account and these debit orders didn't go off and fnb could not tell me where the money went All I was told is it's their in my account This month the same story I make sure there is enough funds so my debit goes off at midnight What do you know It does not go off yet there's a enough funds And fnb charges me R200 for unpaid debit! !!!! Like really I can't wait to hear the pathetic explanation now Stop ripping clients off If there as sufficient funds please explain why this did not go off my account I'm fed up with fnb
