I give a 0 star rating.

Not surprised that FNB has a horrible rating on hellopeter. Also not surprised that they do not respond to their reviews here. Trying to get service from them is a useless exercise. You don't get bad service -- you get NO SERVICE. Will be moving to a new bank within the week.
