I forgot my mobile banking App password and it ended up being blocked so when I tried to reset it, they keep sending the OTP to a number that I no longer use and I did update it at the branch, I can’t access my account due to the incorrect number they use ***, o no longer have that number, the online service is blocked because I can’t receive OTP on my current cell phone number
