I follow payment agreement and money still gets de

Morning <br> <br> Last year this time i complained about a deduction that was done from my cheque account with out my permission for my credit card, this was property refunded and life carried on, now a year latter same issue.c<br> <br> I have an agreement with your lawyers to pay R 1000.00 per month that i do every month, no one gave you permission to deduct any money from any other accounts, so i phone the credit card division held on for ever and you cant get threw, i then phoned brooks and Lyut and they say its the bank and the bank will not refund me the amount because they wont or gave me some stupid reason.<br> <br> My point i have a agreement i pay this agreement i never gave anyone permission to take money from my account, i would like this money reversed immediately and some one from the bank to phone me and tell me that as long as i keep to the agreement his will never happen again, i dont think this is asking a lot. <br> <br> Brooks and Lyut WERE SUPPOSED TO PHONE ME BACK AND GIVE ME A ANSWER SURPRISE SURPRISE THAT NEVER HAPPENED
