I then chatted to Samantha Brown to follow up and she indicated that the issue had been escalated but got no feedback. I then got an email from Dimpho Koloroso on 6 August stating that I will receive my statement between Aug 8 and Aug 15 - today is August 16 and I have not received the statement. I have been getting my statements on different dates e.g. July 13, June 8, May 10 Today I spoke to Itumeleng Tsotsetsi - Call *** and she said she will contact Samantha and share the feedback with me today still. However, I did not receive any feedback or a call to update me on the status despite her committing several times that I would receive feedback.
