Last week Thursday I withdrew a R1000 from the FNB ATM at Eyethu Mall in Orange Farm but it only give me R900. I counted it like 5times and on a slip it says I withdrew a R1000. I went to the Branch and I was assisted by the guy's name Bheki. He said he looged a query for me and I'll get Ref Number via sms and the query will be resolved within 24hours.on that day no sms Ref Number came through on my phone and today is another Thursday I still heard nothing from FNB. No call no sms. It just makes me wonder how many people they do these to. Cause normally we don't count cash after withdrawal.

20 Jun 2019, 11:53Well I'm not sure if the money was refunded cause my balance is still the same as the last time I withdrew. I'm trying to get my statement but the stetement show me up until the 5th June. So I'm still not sure if it was paid back so can you please send me my up to date statement
