I ordered a SIM card and it was delivered . On delivery I lost it I reported the matter and the sim was blocked I was charged 450 for a sim I didn’t use and now I lost my money 2. My account has crazy charges I went to the branch and was not helped Can someone email me and assist even my banker doesn’t care I’ve tried consulting with him the past months
