I feel intimidated

I have been in a tough financial situation over the last year, due to my wife being unemployed. This was explained telephonically to a lady named Maxie. As a result, I have had to take on private work to try and cover my basic expenses. Due to the nature of this, my balance was not always ready at the time when debit orders had to go through. This resulted in debit orders returning unpaid. FNB then charges an average of R138.00 for returned debits. Now I recieve intimidating e-mails and sms, stating that they are now going to take corrective action by limiting my overdraft facility (or something along those lines). For a bank with a motto of \HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?"";15/08/14 14:12;NULL;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;884350;1252;13;2;0;0;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/08/14 12:52;15/08/14 11:05;Mahindra XUV W6 problems;6,60E+12;Bemba Motors;***;The car cut out and does not start with yellow light of engine check blinking. This has happened 3 times and left me stranded. The car has been to Benba Motors in Voortrekkerweg Goodwood once for 3 weeks telling me first it is a sensor, then a loose fuse box connection. I had to get it towed in twice by my insurance. It is currently again at the branch in Goodwood. Mahindra SA's service is non existing to say the least. The person dealing with the matter at Head Office went on holiday without telling me and one of the consultants in the technical department laughed at me when I wanted the MD's number, telling me he is the MD. All seems a laughing matter to Mahindra. I do not know what to do and I am almost certain they are incapable of finding the fault. ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;207245;698792;37;2;0;0;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/08/14 12:53;15/08/14 11:06;UNABLE TO RESOLVE QUERY;NM052221;Call Center;***;VVM

YOUR 'CALLCENTER' AND MANAGERS ARE PERPANENTY UNAVAILABLE. I have ended up paying R3 200 which was supposed to be paid by my medical aid after, I have paid and claimed before the period of 4 months. Again after settling the R3200, i received another call from the MBD for another R1600, which I did not receive as well.

This is unprofessional and ***********. I believe i have a right to receive billing from my post or at least a phone call to check why i have not paid my bill in a months time. My medical aid only reimburses me within the period of 4 months. It is unfair that the people hired to do their job does not and the bug is passed on, and I think this is done on purpose, and the department is gaining from MDB.

We are being played.;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;388997;793962;16;2;0;1;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/08/14 13:04;15/08/14 11:07;Line down;***;;***;It's been almost a month that I have been trying to get Telkom to fix my line.
