I Don't want the Fnb Covid cash flow Relief but Fnb won't Cancel it

I had app**** for the Covid-19 cash flow relief from Fnb so 3days later i see that there's a new loan added to my ada loans and I immediately called Fnb to tell them to Cancel the Cash flow relief as I am no longer interested..i was told it will b canceled after 7working days, I called after 7 working days and I was told that they can see i hv canceled bt the Covid-19 cash flow relief fund has not done their part to cancel so I must wait another 7 working days...evn nw its still thr...I dnt hv another 60mnths 2 gv to Fnb payin back a loan...i want to b debt free...Plzzzz help
