I don't recommend FNB

If i could i would give a - 1000 star. The worst customer care service i have ever experienced. I called the ***** line twice where they either just put the phone down in my ear or just didnt want to help me. I called bank charges and the phone was put down in my ear. And whats the point that we have call centers but these people dont know common human decency and why must we always go to the bank itself. I called the *** number twice and the operator also put the phone down in my ear.

FNB please get your senior manager to respond to this review im not impressed with your standards and communication.
