I don't qualify for R59 a month? Laughable
I app**** on the fnb app for the smart air fryer for R59 x 24 months. The app said I was approved and order was made.
Then this morning I got a notification that fnb had canceled the order. I was pulled from pillar to post trying to get a reason as to why. I asked for a manager or someone in charge multiple times and was met on multiple occasions with staff that was argumentative.
These people also don't seem to understand that a customer's day doesn't revolve around when they decide to respond. One person eventually blamed it on experian declining it, and when phoning experian, they said there was nothing on my credit report to get declined.
Eventually one agent puts me through to the team leader and it's nothing but apologies and we'll get the right people to contact you tomorrow( to which I doubt will happen). Also blames it on the fact that maybe it's because you not constantly putting a deposit in the account, which is wrong as there is more than enough for more than 20 of those airfryers in that account
This was fnb decision, not experian. I have a R7500 credit card that gets settled with fnb every single month and yet these people think I can't qualify for R59? My credit score is also recovered to 650+ despite having credit ***** happen on my name 2 years ago.
If this doesn't get approved I will be moving and closing accounts. And I hope all the argumentative staff get dealt with since that seems to be the culture there
