I don't know what you get when "Very bad service" gets worse...

I'm referring to a previous review (Reference No. ********** 9762).

Okay, so half the job is done now (well done)... 8 accounts closed, but the rest is STILL not closed. Now I'm told that I'm responsible for the charges on the accounts. My problem with this is that when I was told I cannot have these account, I made sure that there was no outstanding charges on these accounts i.e. I made sure that these accounts had R0.00 balance on all of them. I did however refuse to continue paying money into these accounts, because the accounts were supposed to be closed. It does seem however that opening an account takes roughly 10 minutes, getting accused of ********** behaviour at least 1 day, being told that the accounts will be closed roughly 2 minutes, GETTING THE ACCOUNTS CLOSED HOWEVER - ROUGHLY FOREVER, NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS (including Hello Peter) AND GOD KNOWS HOW MANY PEOPLE TELLING YOU "I'll look into it and get back to you" and then they just forget that last bit. So now I ask WHO do I complain to get this sorted out?! And secondly, WHY should I be held liable for charges if no one seems to be bothered to actually do there job?! I went to the branch yesterday to get some kind of feedback from the person who was tending to the last complaint, because I hadn't heard anything from him since last week, but was told he was not at work yesterday. So I left a message for him to call me today with feedback. Guess what happened... NOTHING. Don't worry though, I wasn't too surprised about that. That is however why I'm logging another complaint.

You're probably thinking I should be a bit more patient. Wrong, I've been patient and it seems that if a person doesn't nag and beg and sit on peoples case to their jobs, then Christmas will come and go and you'll still be waiting for this miracle called "some kind of service".
