I don't know how to fix the bank

The banking interface is great apart from the fact that I cannot personalise my marketing materail and the bank absolutely refuses to allow me to topup the bank account manually through the banking interface. the bank is so unhelpful and advertises everything except bank balance adjustment tools that actually work. its been sitting on empty for years. Eventually I have had to ask people to try and transfer me money however theres paywalls and pay fees in the way so the bank just remaines empty and its not the only empty bank.
