I don't know anymore

This stupid Fnb is a horrible bank. I get my uif money paid to cheque account where it's already in a negative because of all the charges added to this account. Bare in mind communication via email was sent to me that the charges will be taken off. That has not happened. So not only am I not seeing a sent of my uif money because of all the charges but their commitment about the charges has not been put into play. I hope God intervenes in this matter. Because Fnb, you are THE WORST BANK.
