I don't want to be a Private Client....!!!!

I have upgraded my Credit Card to a private client a couple of weeks ago. The same day I made contract with FNB Credit Card Department to Cancel the card because the bank charges is much more expensive and I want to go back to my Platinum Credit Card. I have send an email as the consulted requested me to do, to cancel my Private Client Credit Card. <br> 2 Consultants from FNB Private Client phoned me to assist me in my banking...... So did they listen when I told them I have Cancelled the Private Client Credit Card... \they are here to advise me"As you guessed.... nothing was done"
