I don't have access to my own funds - unacceptable

I've been waiting since the 9th of April to receive my new credit card. In the meantime, FNB thought it was a swell idea to cancel my existing card and account.

This means I do not have access to my own funds and the one transaction after the next is bouncing on my card!

I run a digital marketing company and all payments are linked to my credit card. Please tell me that FNB will pay my salary this month when my clients refuse to pay me, as I am not able to pay for the digital marketing that they actually employ me for!

I have never in my life seen such incompetence!

I'm considering moving ALL my accounts, including my home loan, to another institution.
