I do not recommend FNB Insurance Brokers

1. Waiting on the line for 40 minutes and no answer - just terrible music and the IVR offering you the option to leave a message - which btw does not work as it just ends the call. 2. Logging your enquiry using paper based logging 3. Brokers who do not have any formal way of escalation with the Insurance company - only email. 4. When the day is over - agents go home and you are forgotten about. Guess you might as well not have this insurance on your profile as they not useful nor do they or can they assist you.
