I DO NOT OWE YOU R7800

In July I took out a temporary loan with FNB. The full amount was subsequently paid before end July 2021. HOWEVER, credit records show that I am still owing R7800.00.

FNB, in a time where there is global mayhem and anxiety, you have caused me and my family undue stress.

FNB, in the real world families have to daily deal with unexpected expenses (COVID Testing, medication that follows, doctor visits) and finances have been stretched to the limit. Due to your error, I cannot obtain a short term loan due to the fact that my credit records show that I am owing FNB R7800.00.

So please tell me how exactly do I feed my family / pay for utilities etc.

As a long standing client of FNB, I am very disappointed with the service. If you check my statement, FNB is charging me for two accounts FNB GOLD and ASPIRE, what benefit does this bring to me? FNB, you are quick to take my money, how are you assisting your clients during this challenging time?

Kindly explain the reason why I do not qualify for a temp loan or an overdraft ?
