I do not even know why I bother with FNB, because WOW!!!

All I asked was for the LATEST 3 months statement. Latest means December, January and February. I have already downloaded the statement which I see on the app and it ends 2nd Feb. I am being told I need to go PRINT the statement at an ATM, because my statements are quartely. WHY IS THE DAMN SAME STATEMENT NOT AVAILABLE ON MY APP/WEB??? WHY??? I went to Carlswald FNB ATM In Midrand today to PRINT the statement and guess what... I was not able to, because the print statement option was not available. Now tell me where the hell am I suppose t get this damn statement without standing in ques. Akere that's the reason why we have apps and internet banking to avoid ques. This is the most ridiculous thing I have experienced in the banking industry. I keep hearing download interim statement when I have been very clear that I need a stamped statement. Please also teach your consultants to READ to UNDERSTAND!!! I spoke to 4 consultants in 2 consecutive days and none of them could help me
