I disputed two unauthorized debit orders but I was charged for four debit orders, only when I started to make query about it, then the money was back into my account. People should always keep an eye on their statements. I am still struggling to understand this ''Item paid no funds'' story because you cannot buy something using your card if you have insufficient funds from the account. I was charged R180 for this.
