I did not receive my R2000 Cash Offer

I opened my Premier Cheque account in February. When i opened it, there was a campaign running that offered a R2000 cash amount if i meet their requirements. I met the requirements of the campaign, but till today i have not received the R2000. I have been calling consultants and they have been taking me from pillar to post with no proper answer as to why i am not receiving the R2000. I am very furious and disappointed with FNB because this basically shows that the campaign was a ****. I took my time and energy to move my salary to the new cheque account, moved my debit orders and made sure i meet all the requirements. All the efforts were for nothing. I need a consultant to call me asap and explain what the issue is .
