I DID NOT APPROVE THE 26TH FOR MONEY TO BE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT

FNB has taken off my credit card instalment on the 26th. I never requested that date nor approve for it to be taken from my account on that day. I only get paid the 1st therefore I do not have funds to pay into my credit card then and last month when I realised this I had to pay for edo payment attempt. The money needs to be refunded and only taken from my account on the 1st as asked for. I have been calling and even spoke to at least 6 people and tried online but keep being pushed from one department to the other. I am a premier banker but no one can help when I get pushed to the refund department, always needs to go to another department. I have never had an issue paying back into my credit card but not when its literally days away from my salary being paid and like I said I DID NOT APPROVE THEM TO USE THE 26TH DAY FOR DEDUCTION
