I deserve better than FNB ******** me out of my hard earned money!

I'm truly disappointed with the FNB student loans dept! I took out a student loan to assist my nephew in 2018, it was for around R54k I have been paying on this loan since around February 2018. I don't get statements for this loan, the balance on my FNB APP has never changed! Worse they told me I would pay interest for the first 2 years and in 2021 am still charged interest. When I asked my banker when this loan will be paid up she tells me 2025 HOW??????? This can't be legal surely! Someone needs to fix this and soon - am so over banks ******** us and worse MISINFORMING us just to sell products and rip us off in the fine print. Forget "How can we help you get poor" and try to freaking HELPING clients for real. After all these decades with FNB am shopping around for Better service! As your client I deserve BETTER than this!
