I deposited money into my FNB card via FNB ATM at Thabani mall branch but my account was not credited because the machine went dead

I made a deposit into my FNB account on 29/12/2021 at the FNB atm at Thavani Mall Branch . While the machine was busy counting the money, it just went dead and never gave slip . It also kept my money and my bank card. I went into the branch because it was open the lady gave me a claim form to fill in per instructions from their manager. And they said Money would be deposited within 24 hours. She also gave me a reference no to quote if this did not happen.

I have now spent the best of 60 minutes to find out what is going on and where is my money... STILL NO Answer FROM FNB...The lady was able to go to the back to give me Back my bank card but not my money which does not make sense to because if they could get my card at the back and were able to see the amount I wanted to deposit into my account, why not give me my money back since I explained to them that I need it urgently. I need the money urgently, why must I be inconvenienced for my hard earned money.
