I Depend on My Bank
On 15 June, I requested a transfer from my global account to my cheque account, ***. FNB pledged to do this in 1-2 days. We are now at the end of 20 June. I need to be able to depend on my bank.

20 Jun 2022, 21:06In response to this, FNB pledged to look into the mattter (not necessarily solve it) within another 4 days. This stretches to 6+ days what they pledged to do in 2 days. Again, I was depending on them. That was a mistake. FNB Complaint Reference ***NF.
