I contacted FNB Life...

I contacted FNB Life today, to enquire as to why my life policy deduction was set for the end of August and not the end of September as agreed with the agent when initially taking out my policy on the 11th of August... I had the worst experience, as I contacted FNB life and was transferred from agent to agent, I even ended up chatting on FNB's secure chat to no success... It was the worst experience and I've requested to cancel my policy but no one could help me... I'm at the point now where I really do not care about the refund but just wanting to cancel my life policy with FNB
