I commend First National Bank as the best bank with best customer service systems that work to be exact personel who handle the social media platform known to the business as RB Jacobs. With FNB recently voted Number one brand in South Africa , I am happy with social media part,Twitter to be specific. I do have a private banker but I find it easy to get my stuff done through RB Jacobs. I joined FNB 02 April 1998 and and I prefer using twitter to handel my pressing issues as it can be escalated to a level I can get assistance, I will mention instance I needed an over draft but my private banker could not assist as I had one in the past and it was locked but through RB Jacobs, the issue got escalated to a products manager who called me to find out my frustration and allocated a relevant personel who opened my locked over draft , I lost bank Card . Rb Jacobs assisted me by instructions on how to block the card through banking app and offered to order new ones. I recently needed systems help and RB Jacobs assisted me register the FNB Heritage day virtual series . For that I am saying thanks FNB for showing that you carr with best Customer support online
