I charged for the service they didn't do
I have been creeped of by fnb.i deposited money into a wrong account I rested them to reverse it.i filled in the forms.when I did a follow up I was told the owner of the account said I must call her.ypon calling her she wanted me to send pop and she paid me back.a week later boom fnb charged me R313. Just to give me phone number.thats a wrap off

24 Mar 2020, 18:31I'm still awaiting a response.i will not let this slip.fnvb cannot reep off my hard earned money.my private banker called me trying to explain this.and I still stand I cannot be charged for something they didnt do.
