I cant port out from fnb connect to vodacom

I have been trying to port out my number from fnb connect to vodacom for days now but no breakthrough, when i called the connect branch they said i shoud get a sim from vodacom and do the porting by myself but when i am trying that there is no response ast all ,to make matters worse i went to a vodacom shop hopping to be helped but it seems i cannot port out i have been waiting for an sms of approval of which i was told it will take a maxumum of 24hrs.Porting to them its easy but coming out its difficult.
