I can't get my money out

I log into my online account, navigate to my Accounts, select my 32 Day Notice account and there is no option to give notice. (I am trying to follow the instructions from the FNB website!!!!!!!!!!!) This is not acceptable! How can you give a 'demo' if it doesn't actually work.
