I can't FNB without Chesray!

#30in30 I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Chesray Roman from FNB who phoned me on 1 April 2020 to assist me with my banking questions. I have been trying to get my questions and concerns addressed by FNB for weeks, with simply no resolution. Chesray phoned me and answered all my questions, one-by-one. He waited patiently while I searched for the relevant documentation en listened to me when I asked, without interrupting. I cried a bit, he listened and showed genuine empathy. I have dealt with Chesray before and he has never disappointed me. He is professional and renders service of the highest quality - always exceeding my expectations from FNB.
