I can't deal with FNB Life

Fnb life call centre cannot help me. I have a Fnb policy and I claimed in February 2025 and as a benefit the policy shouldn't debit for 6 months but Fnb is still collecting the debit order. To get assistance from the call centre is so difficult, I am transferred from pillar to post and no one can help me.
