I cannot WAIT to change banks!!

As soon as I am done with debt review I will be changing my account to a bank that doesn't feel like they can mess their customers around like FNB does. I sent a card dispute form for two transactions that did not make sense to me - weeks later FNB credited my account and sent me a message saying it has been resolved. NOW - weeks after they say NO, they recieved the logs from the bank in Thailand (uh, ever heard of card cloning - besides the fact that a number of strange things happened on my account while we were there!!!) and decided to debit my account again!! THANKS for leaving me with - R2611 now. So glad to know FNB investigates first and then acts... OH WAIT they don't!!!!

And then next - my Pocket Savings has disappeared... so FNB just removes accounts as they like... no warning, nothing... second time now as they did the same with the account I opened for my daughter. The day I can close everything with FNB will be the BEST day of my life.

I have logged a complaint with the Ombudsman. I am so tired of having to fight with FNB over every single thing they feel like doing with my account.

And now every single email sent has been read... and then ignored!

And yet again I get Premier Banking phoning me on my cell. I am at work and sit in an open plan office. I DO NOT want to discuss my personal banking issues with an office full of people listening in. Communication must be via email so that I have proof of everything said.
