I cannot get feedback on my ***** case! NOBODY is responding!!!!

I have logged a ***** case with FNB in APRIL and the assigned investigator is Aphiwe Hlongwane. She has been so difficult to contact. Last I spoke to her was a week ago and she explained to me the next steps to recover my funds from a standard bank account. I have been trying to get through to her since last week Thursday. I have emailed, called and even whatsapped her but still I am unsuccessful. My frustration is that NOBODY at FNB can get through to her either. We have tried calling AND emailing her boss Samantha and tried emailing AND calling Samanthas boss LEONI, NOBODY responds to calls or emails. I have asked my banker to help me and even she is battling to get a response from them. I have been calling the ***** line and I think I have spoken to EVERY SINGLE person in that department and they have been trying to assist me in trying to get feedback on my ***** case. The funds have been secured at Standard bank and they are waiting for FNB to send an Indemnity form so that my money can be deposited back into my account.

I am livid by the poor service. I have been with FNB since I started working and this experience is making me want to change banks. I cannot try to contact 1 person for a week and have NOBODY at FNB contact that individual. I have emailed every email address you can think of and nobody can get through to the investigators!!! WHAT do I do now? Who do I call? Who can help me? I have no where else to go. I am so frustrated I could cry. How can Nobody be able to get ahold of an employee and their boss and their bossess boss!!!!!! I am so DONE with FNB. SO done. I regret taking my home loan with them. After this is done, I want NOTHING TO DO WITH FNB.

Worst part is that even before Aphiwe went MIA, I had been having difficulties getting through to her. From the get go she has been very bad with getting back to me. Investigators at FNB are USELESS! Your money is NOT safe there. How can INVESTIGATORS be unreachable? Nobody can get ahold of any investigators at FNB.
