I CANNOT CHOOSE MY DEBIT ORDER DATE???

To whom it may concern,<br> <br> This morning an FNB consultant phoned me to offer me a protection plan on my credit card. I accepted the offer and asked her to send me the number of someone I can speak to with regards to changing my debit order on my personal loan as it goes off on the 23rd of every month but I only get paid on the 27th.<br> <br> She advised that she will sms me the call centre number applicaple, however, I never received it!<br> <br> I went in to FNB in Clearwater mall, where they advised I phone from there to be assisted . While speaking to the lady, she advised that I cannot change the debit order date to the 27th, when i get my salary, as her system shows that i get paid on a different day. I told her that all my other accounts go off on the 27th, why is it that I cannot change this one to that date. She just rep****: You get paid before that as per her system.<br> <br> I tried explaining that when the 27th falls on a weekend, we normally get paid a day in advance. She said she wanted a letter from my HR??? Why cant I choose my own debit order date????<br> <br> She also said that, if i change the debit order date, my interest will inflate? Makes no sense!!!<br> <br> Very dissapointed FNB!
