I can't see why this should be a problem

FNB disappointed me when I needed them. Not allowed to change my surname after getting married with my ORIGINAL written marriage certificate. You don't get more original than that! Bearing in mind that I have my ID card and passport in my new surname, oh and ME...! Looking for another bank, FNB in not the only bank with an app anymore, why not switch.
