I booked forex with FNB FXtravel and they did not deliver
A week before my travelling l booked USD on fnb trael. I was allocated a consultant (Mellisa Westmacott) and reference number but the Mellisa lady never got back tome. I emailed her and phoned the call centre several times with no luck. Now l am travelling and l don't have foreign currency. I am disappointed that my own bank would treat me like this. I wish there was some sort of communication explaining why l never received the foreign currency. I am now forced to look for foreign currency using other expensive methods as it is last minute.
