I believe this is the worst bank

I'm a Premier client at FNB. Downgraded from Private client, due to me not receiving value for my banking fees. As I Premier client I still can't get a banker to assist me in the total mess that FNB made with my banking profile. If my issues aren't resolved in this week, I will be closing my accounts and cutting all ties with FNB for good.
