I app**** for a gold cheque account on Friday 04/06/2021 I requested a confirmation letter to submit to my HR Department for my salary to be paid into my new FNB account. I was advised to submit my fica documents and call FNB so my docs can be uploaded immediately. When I called the lady tells me the emails are not working and she will transfer to a Department to assist me which I didn't get through to after 30 minutes of holding on the line. To date I haven't received feedback. I have also sent a complaint through and received response I'd receive feedback in 48 hours. It's now 72hours later and no feedback I urgently need that confirmation letter to submit to my HR Department
