I app**** for a credit card, they told me it was approved, and that I need to go into my branch to finalize everything. When i arrived at branch i had to wait 2 hours before being tokd they can't help me because the consultant working on my case isn't there. It then took a week to sort this out. Then they told me it would take 5 business days for my card to be delivered in branch it has now been 6 business days with no corrispondence. I have tried contacting customer service and complaints and they have been unable to assist. Don't do business with FNB if you value good service and ease of business
