11 Jun 2026, 11:27 I have just been notified that my claim has been rejected, solely because I did not obtain prior assessment from the insurance company. However, the RMI-approved workshop completed an assessment, and I paid the bill in good faith, expecting to recover those costs under the emergency repairs coverage to prevent further damage to my insured vehicle. If this exclusion were so significant, it would have been appropriate for them to inform me right away during my initial call, when I disclosed that I had already paid. This situation reveals a concerning level of incompetence among the administrators, who clearly lack a proper understanding of their own policies. I only learned that this was a deal breaker on day six after registering my claim. officially cancelling my cover
