I am with fnb for ab...

I am with fnb for about 10 years..took out a loan last year...payments are all up to date...our company closed down end november ..so i have been supplimenting my income with some of my mkney i got ftom them...i have a freelance part time job but my salary is not even close to what my pay was...this month my salary will not be enought to pay my laon debit..i went on secure xhat..asked if we could make a plan...nope..i have to go into payment relieve option on the app..went there ..did the request..no responce.... Realy fnb..i am not asking for millions..i am asking help....but seems its falling on deaf ears... Maybe i must go into debt review and do a applications that your bank over debitet me..and yiu will.loose all the money...
