I AM VERY DISAPOINTED

I have been with Fnb from the time I left school it over nine years now, the past year was not to good to me I was without a JOB for almost a year and have been making mean to try and sort out my debt but since April 2015 this year I couldn't come up with the money to pay on my cheque account, I keep on telling the people that call me I'm not working but I will try and make a plan and pay them but sometime it was hard, I have been with them for nine years do you think they care? I didn't deposit money in to my account two months and the hand me over to some attorneys, the Good news at the starting of this month I have started a new JOB I will be paying off what I owe them and never to RETURN, they logo say HOW CAN WE HELP YOU, Honest truth they never want to help me! have credit card with other banks but they didn't hand me they understood my situation and tried to help me not call me five time a day to hear the same thing, In Hard times you find the people that care
